I have a Kitchenaid 3 cup Food Chopper….what should I do with it?
I also have the big food processor and stand mixer. With these two items, I have found that I rarely use the 3 cup mixer. What kinds of jobs would be good specifically for the smaller chopper?

Which KitchenAid Mixer is best for grinding meat?
I want to grind my own ground beef and I saw a 4.5 quart mixer on sale for 0.00; it has around 250 watts. My question is, will this be adequate for grinding meat? Can anyone tell me what their experience is with these mixers when it comes to tasks like this?
