I just soaked some raisins and then pureed them into a syrup with my food processor, but I don’t know where to put them. In the fridge? Won’t that make it firm and not syrupy?

I have a 7 (or a 9 cup?) KitchenAid Food Processory. I’d like to upgrade the capacity. Do I need to buy an entire new processor, or can I just buy a bigger bowl. Do the different sized bowls fit all the bases??? Thanks.
so when i make p. sugar in blender it really works! but the only thing is it takes time like 2 mins and only small batches are allowed. i tried it about 1 cups at a time and 3 mins later it still has the grit texture. and food processor is not that effective. any suggestions? maybe i can use blender again or anything. just give me tips THANKS!
I tried squeezing them through a hand crank food processor, but it didn’t work. Then boiled them with equal parts water and hung the mess in cheese cloth to drip. Worked ok, but looking for something better. Will a regular juicing machine work?
I have a small kitchen and don’t own a mixer, ice cream machine, food processor, or anything. I have a poor quality blender and that’s it. This hasn’t gotten in the way of me baking a wide range of goodies. There is a dessert I’d like to make though (pumpkin sorbet with spiced apple wedges), but I can’t seem to find a recipe that explains how I can make sorbet without the use of an ice cream machine. Help please!
Maybe by putting it in the food processor or something? We don’t have enough to make frosting for cupcakes.
My recipe says to take out the seeds, but does not say to peel the squash. Should I peal the squash before putting it in the food processor and adding it to my soup?
