  • Just pulse the meat a couple or few times – don’t hold the button down.

If you do hold it down and end up with paste, add cream cheese, maybe a garlic clove, spring onion and/or herbs and you’ve got a tasty dip or cracker spread. =)

  • Yes I have. Just don’t over do it or you’ll have chopped meat.

  • If your careful or it will puree it for you.I’d say its best to do it by hand with a french knife, some people just pull it apart to shred it.

  • Probably better to take the time and shred it with two forks. Food processor will pulverize the meat.

  • Ah, don’t be such a Lazy-Pus, Hon….if cooked properly your meat should shred fast & easy with just two forks and no real effort….in a food processor you’ll end up with a minced result better suited for sandwich spreads…….pull two forks outta your kitchen drawer and give it a go…..it’s actually fun to do and you control how fine your shedding is…good luck.
