Anyone want to share recipes?

Here’s an awesome recipe I’d like to share with you. Please give me a star if you try it and like it.

EASY OREO TRUFFLES

Prep Time: 30 min
Total Time: 1 hr 30 min
Makes: 3-1/2 doz. or 42 servings, one truffle each
INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg. (1 lb., 2 oz.) OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, divided;
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened;
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted

CRUSH 9 of the cookies to fine crumbs in food processor; reserve for later use. (Cookies can also be finely crushed in a resealable plastic bag using a rolling pin.) Crush remaining 36 cookies to fine crumbs; place in medium bowl. Add cream cheese; mix until well blended. Roll cookie mixture into 42 balls, about 1-inch in diameter. DIP balls in chocolate; place on wax paper-covered baking sheet. Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs. REFRIGERATE until firm, about 1 hour. Store leftover truffles, covered, in refrigerator.

I have way too much cocoa powder. What should I do with it? Recipe suggestions?

I have about a pound of cocoa powder, and most of the other necessary ingredients for baking (except baking chocolate). I also don’t have a kitchenaid. Any recipe ideas?

Optionally, I also have the following: nuts, marshmallows, peanut butter chips, and lots of pumpkin and pumpkin pie spices.
